Personalized Items and Our No-Return Policy

As our valued customer, please understand that the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order, infusing each piece with a touch of individuality meant just for you. Due to the custom nature of our work, we currently do not support returns for items that simply do not meet a customer’s taste or for buyer’s remorse. Each Armed With product is crafted with care and precision, aimed at bringing your vision to wearable reality.

Ensuring Your Satisfaction - Our 14-Day Return Window

Despite our no-return policy on personalized items, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase due to receiving a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy from the day of arrival. We ask that you reach out to us within this timeframe to initiate the return process.

Process for Acceptable Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Return Shipping: Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
